Most frequently asked questions

We aim to be as transparent as possible, so we’ll keep adding any frequently asked questions to the list below. If you can find an answer to your quesiton please feel free to reach out to us.

Is hosting included?

Yes. We included all hosting charges for your website, this also includes your SSL license to make sure your site is secured with 128-bit encryption.

How long does it take to setup my site?

Once you sign up we can have your website up and running in 5-7 days if you have all the relevant API's from the GDS and/or hotel supplier ready.

Do I have to pay for upgrades or new version of the software?

No, all of our updates are completely free of charge. As we add new features and enhancements however big or small, you'll get the free of charge and can use them on your travel website.

How long is the contract period?

We don't tie you into long term contracts, you're free to cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

Can we share files with everyone?

You must log in to the app from a mobile and click on the administration tab, then fill the mobile banking steps.

Can I bring in flight fares from a consolidator?

Yes. Your flight booking engine will be powered in the back end up a GDS API. You have a choice of how this works. You can use your own GDS API with your own Published and Private fares. You can use your own GDS API with fares loaded by your preferred consolidator. You can use a GDS API from your preferred consolidator as long as it is Travelport or Sabre. If you do not currently have a GDS API or relationship with a consolidator we can help with setting this up.

Which hotel suppliers / bed banks do you support?

e have integrated Stuba's hotel booking API bringing in over 100,000 hotels from around the world. You can find out more on their website www.stuba.com

What payment gateways do you support?

We currently support 4 different payment gateways. Braintree Payments, Barclays EPDQ, Ecommpay and E-Merchant Pay. Customer payment providers can be integrated on a bespoke basis, please contact us to find out more.

I want to advertise on a meta search site, do you provide an API for this?

We don't offer a meta search API, where your live prices are displayed on the meta search sites results page and is not something we are launching in the near future. We do however offer a package which included deep linking so you can advertise your site using banner ads that deep link into your results page. There is a monthly supplement to the standard subscription for this, please contact us for more information.

When do I start paying?

We'll get a test site up and running on a test URL before you live. Once you are happy with the site, we'll send instructions on going live and guide you in re-directing your domain name. Billing will only start when you go live, if you go live after the 10th of any month, your billing will start on the 1st of the following month. We'll raise an invoice on the 1st of the month with the Direct Debit being collected on the 7th.
